Evidence Documents

Prepare complete, accurate, and genuine supporting documents to help avoid delays in processing your application. Applicants may be required to provide the following:

Identity ​ Documents

  • Current passport
  • Government-issued photo identification
  • Name change documents (if applicable)

Qualification ​ Documents

  • Qualification certificates
  • Academic transcripts
  • Statements of results
  • Trade licences or registrations (if relevant)

Employment ​ Evidence

  • Updated resume / CV
  • Job descriptions
  • Work samples, photos, or videos where requested
  • Employer reference letters
  • Payslips
  • Logbooks or workplace records
  • Employment contracts
  • Tax or income records
  • Bank statements showing salary payments

Documents must be clear, legible, and consistent across all records. Where names or dates differ, additional evidence may be required.

Documents not in English may need authorised English translations.
