Reviews

If you believe your assessment outcome is incorrect, you can request a review of your skills assessment. Take note of the following important information about assessment reviews:

You must lodge your review request within 28 calendar days of receiving your outcome letter
You can submit a review request with supporting information, including additional evidence where relevant.
To start a review, you must first pay the review fee via the TRA Online Portal using your existing login details.

A review fee refund may apply if the decision is changed based on the documents submitted in your original application. For more information on refunds, please refer to the TRA Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy.

Reassessments

If your original assessment identified skills gaps, and you have since completed further training and or gained additional paid employment to address those gaps, you may apply for a reassessment.
